       3.Check whether the motor fastening bolt is loose, whether the bearing lacks oil, whether the gap between the stator and the rotor is reasonable, whether the gap is clean and there is no debris.

       4.According to the nameplate data of the brake motor, check whether the connected power supply voltage is consistent and whether the power supply voltage is stable (usually the power supply voltage fluctuation range is±5%), whether the winding wiring is correct. If it is step-down starting, check whether the wiring of the starting device is correct.

       5.Turn the rotor of the motor and the shaft of the driving machine by hand to check whether the rotation is flexible, and whether there is sticking, friction and sweeping.

       6.Check the transmission for defects, such as whether the tape is too tight or too loose and whether it is broken, and whether the coupling connection is intact.

       7.Check whether the capacity of the control device is appropriate, whether the melt capacity meets the requirements and whether the installation is firm.

       8.Check whether the wiring of the starting equipment is correct, whether the contact between the dynamic and static contacts is good, and whether the oil immersed starting equipment is short of oil or whether the oil quality is bad.

       9.Check whether the ventilation system, cooling system and lubrication system of the brake motor are normal.

       10.Check whether there is any debris around the unit that interferes with the operation, and whether the foundation of the motor and the transmission machinery is firm.
