Installation of motor

1. Preparation before installation

 The motor should be checked before unpacking whether the packaging is intact, whether there is moisture phenomenon, after unpacking should be careful to remove the dust and rust layer on the motor, carefully check whether there is deformation and damage during transportation, whether the fasteners are loose or fall off, whether the rotor rotation is flexible, whether the nameplate data meets the requirements, and500VMΩThe meter measures the high voltage resistance, and the insulation resistance should not be less than1MΩOtherwise, the winding should be dried, but the treatment temperature should not exceed120℃.

2. Installation site and installation foundation of the motor

3. Grounding of motor
