       one. Bearing overheating 

       1. Fault cause analysis  
       ①Too much or too little grease 
       ②The oil is bad and contains impurities 
       ③Improper fit of bearing to shaft diameter or end cap (too loose or too tight) 
       ④The bearing inner hole is eccentric, rubbing with the shaft 
       ⑤Motor end cover or bearing cover is not installed flat 
       ⑥The coupling between the motor and the load is not corrected, or the belt is too tight 
       ⑦Bearing clearance is too large or too small 
       ⑧Motor shaft bending 

       2. troubleshooting  
       ①Greased (volumetric1/3-2/3) 
       ②Replace clean lubricating grease 
       ③Too loose can be repaired by binder, too tight should be applied, grinding shaft diameter or end cap inner hole, make it suitable; 
       ④Repair bearing cap and remove rub points 
       ⑤reassembly 
       ⑥Recalibrate, adjust belt tension 
       ⑦Replace bearing 
       ⑧Correct motor shaft or replace rotor

       1.Fault cause analysis 
       ①The power supply voltage is too high, which greatly increases the heat of the iron core 
       ②The power supply voltage is too low, the motor is running with rated load, and the current is too high 
       ③When the winding is repaired and removed, the improper hot dismantling method is used, which burns the iron core 
       ④Rotor core rub
